		<description>I have been trying to pay attention to the textures etc. If I get distracted I tend to stray back towards inhaling :). It is a work in progress!

		<description>I'm doing it but it is way harder than it sounds. I'm used to checking my email over a bowl of cereal in the morning. I have restrained myself from doing that however, I did blow it during the opening ceremony of the Olympics. Ate my whole dinner in front of the TV. I did the same thing the next night. I'm still on track for the other meals.

This is really helping me to see how much I really do eat and do something else at the same time. Apparently, I had myself fooled into thinking I didn't do this very often - and then I took the challenge?
